I was not expecting to get Daiya Cheese Solid Blocks into the store until later in the spring but today we received a shipment of 8 five pound blocks into the store.

Since I first brought in the Daiya cheese last May several people have asked me about the solid blocks. I was not able to get this before – but we now have it!

We will be working to divide some of the blocks up so that people can get smaller pieces since 5 pounds of Daiya Cheese is quite a bit at one time.
