This morning I went out to the CTV studios and did a short blurb on composting. Their current book club book is about a young woman/girl (unsure about the age) who inherits a farm in BC and goes to live there. From my understanding the young woman is very green (both ways – has lots of environmentally friendly habits and is new to the world of farming/growing things).

One of the things she learns about is composting to make her soil healthier and nutritious for her plants. CTV called on me to talk about this aspect of the book.
