They say we have two seasons in Edmonton - winter and construction season. Construction has arrived on our street and I took a short video of their work and the obstacle it posses to our customers.

I was unaware that they had planned on doing any construction on our street (grinding and new asphalt). They are going to be blocking access to the store off and on until the 25th which really sucks for our customers (a drop in business of 20 – 30%). Tough one to take.

The construction barriers don’t last all day (just seems like it) and the construction people were letting people drive into the parking lot after the grinder moved out of the way but it dose pose an obstacle to our customers.

You can still get into the store but you have to be a little creative. There is paring along 82nd Avenue just in front of Millcreek Framing shop and lots of parking on the street that is east of Humpty’s Restaurant. If you are parked further away and if you need help carrying your purchases please ask one of the staff. We would be very pleased to help you.
