NavigationWe order the worms on Thursday and they are delivered to the store on Friday. People that are interested in getting worms need to place an order before Wednesday so that they can ensure that worms are reserved for them. People should pick their worms up at the store over the next few days (Friday, Saturday or Sunday). The worms are sold in 1/2 pound lots (this is 1/2 pound of worms in a small bag of soil) and are sold for $45.00. A kit consists of a 53L Rubbermaid Roughtote with holes drilled out of the lid (for ventilation), 1/2 pound bag of worms, 50 litres of soil, a trowel and a marker. The kit is sold for $75.00. New Chili Peppers at Earth's General StoreI love to cook with real spices and herbs. If I can get authentic ingredients to cook international cuisine so much the better. We have expand our offering of the selection of chilies we carry. The two new ones are Whole dried Bird eye chili and whole dried habanero at 130,000 and 200,000 Heat Units. Sometimes things are just too popular. Our chipotle chili powder seems to always run out whenever it comes in. On our last order I was going to order 5 times more than we usually get but our supplier is out of it. Maybe next time I order it.
