I had to postpone the Health Services Inspection that was scheduled for yesterday. We were no way near ready for it (they like it complete - as in just before opening). It seems to be going slower now that we have to do the finer organising - taking things out of the boxes, placing them on the shelves, putting the pricing on the shelves, making sure everything (or the vast majority of items are in the computer system), setting up the bulk bins, etc. Meanwhile several other thigns need to happen - moving the coffee roaster, finish off the move - empty the other store, ....

I will let everyone know when we have a better handle on when we are opening.

It won't be perfect when we open but the best that we can do under the circumstances. We will be evolving over the next couple of months. We will not be having some sections of the store when we first open - produce, dairy, freezer items. I don't have the equipment yet and I am trying just get the store open. I am doing what I can. Please bear with me.
